Richard L. Green and local developer Tom Stapley formed S-G Management, LLC in 1986. For over 35 years we’ve been delivering professional property management to our commercial clients throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan region. Client turnover is uncommon due to our personalized approach to offering high-value services. We are committed to providing creative solutions and optimal results on your investment across both prosperous and lean real estate cycles.
Our Team
RICHARD L. GREEN – “Rick
Designated Broker, CPM
Rick has been involved in Arizona commercial real estate and property management since 1981, and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985. He obtained his designated broker license the following year and promptly established S-G Management. He specializes in retail and industrial building management and has joint venture development experience. Outside of work, his passion is dirt biking across the rugged Baja terrain, and competitive cycling and motorcycle racing. He loves adventuring with his wife Nancy, five children, and nine grandchildren.
DANIEL R. GREEN – “Danny”
Associate Broker
Danny is a second generation employee of S-G Management, having started his career in 2002. After a few years, he obtained his Arizona real estate license and, in 2012, his broker’s license. He has managed all of our commercial associations, many of which are unique to the Mesa-Gilbert area, for over 16 years. Computer technology, golf, reading, and spending time with his wife and three children are among his interests.
LACHELLE GREEN
Accounts Manager
Lachelle joined S-G Management in 2012 to oversee the accounts and manage incoming payments. She previously worked as the administration coordinator for Love Without Boundaries, a multi-million dollar global non-profit, where she managed donations from all over the world. She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and has run multiple businesses over the last 15 years. She loves cooking with her husband Danny, exploring nature with her children, and playing the piano in her personal time.
Nancy Green
Accounts Payable
Nancy has always been a part of S-G Management in various roles since the beginning. Her strong time management and organization skills help improve our efficiency in making sure all vendors are paid promptly. She has a passion for competitive horseback riding, gardening in her backyard oasis, and travelling with her husband Rick. Her five children and nine grandchildren keep her young and busy.
